Vickery Park in Plano

Went last night and had good drinks and incredible service. There was a small mixup in the kitchen but Kayla and the gentleman at the bar took care of it. Will go back for sure! Date of service 7/23 9p-ish

This is a nice place to tuck in for a drink and some nice food. Mac and cheese is great here and they have a good slecetion of beers on tap. I would have given the 5 star but sometimes they can be understaffed and the wait for the food is long.

This place is truly amazing. The owner Sean is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and sewer the staff. But the really amazing thing is the food. Everything's cooked from scratch including the calamari. I have had calamari and some of the best seafood restaurants in the world and I've had none better than this. Do yourself a favor and swing by for a sandwich, made from scratch french fries, and a draft beer.

Honestly there are a few dishes that are amazing and that is the only reason I go. My boyfriend and I are brunch people and this is our spot. Their pecan waffles are delicious when not overcooked. Their Mac and cheese...TO DIE FOR. Yummy mimosas that we order a carafe to share. We sometimes stay for shuffleboard too. Their prices are fantastic and my go to place for friends for brunch all day. Lunch/dinner...eh...not so much. Obviously I will be back!

It's a great place to go for watching "the big game," for there are televisions visible from every vantage outside the toilet. They also serve food until fairly late; and, based upon the voracity wherewith my companions devoured their items, I'd say that the fare is better than fair. We were there to sing I the back room, though; so the game commentary was distractive.

I adore this restaurant! They prepare sensational dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is very experienced, I like very much eating all their dishes. The food is always of high class, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Vickery Park is one of those places that feels like the neighborhood bar even if it's your first time in there. Drinks and food are great but it's the staff that make this bar the best! Highly recommend everyone check this spot out. As an added bonus, everyone smells great too

Food is good, make sure you ask about the specials. Very good pizza. Happy hour domestic beers are $2.50. weekend brunch is great.

Nice quiet bar and eatery in downtown Plano. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks. They definitely have a thing for pickles in all their appetizers. The meat and cheese tray was extremely good.

Good beers and food. Relatively small but cozy place. Bloody Mary's on Saturday are always a solid choice.

Bar that serves food. Drink prices are good. Food is good. They have local artwork for sale, and some games in the back. It gets pretty crowded, and really loud. I took off a star because of the bathrooms. They were not very clean when we visited.

Cool spot with a local bar vibe. The online pictures are well curated and the online menu looks very nice. Because of pics of inside and menu, I was expecting a little more. Walked into a neighborhood bar with the smell of old beer and vinegar. I know that sounds perfect for some but it gets 4 stars here. Also - the $3 tacos are MASSIVE! They are more like burritos. Well worth it.

This is my first lunch in Plano. A coworker recommend this place (actually my boss) and also the chicken sandwich. It was large! And delicious. Filled me up. It comes with a side, and I chose a fruit cup (not an ordinary cup - it had watermelon, strawberries, and grapes). Two condiments were basil mayo and spicy mustard (I tried this one). For about $8, it is a great value.

Was in from Austin and tired of the places to eat up and down the highway. This place was recommended and I was not disappointed. Great food, beer, and service with friendly people.

Now while this bar & grill shows evidence of ware through the ages, it still manages to presents itself with a unique decor that is appropriate for the growing art scene that has now become appearant in downtown Plano in these recent years. The staff are very welcoming and friendly folk. I order a grilled chicken sandwich that was quite a satisfying fill with the fixings, fried okra, and fruit along with it. You'll want to come again sooner than later. Check out this cool bar.

The place itself seemed good. Had a good vibe and a good group of friendly customers. Great staff. But it's not really my style so I won't be hanging out here much.

Stopped in for brunch, have to say some of the best hash browns I've ever had. Parmesan cheese on them and spicy ketchup on the side, really good.

Me and my friend love coming here to play shuffle board and drink every other weekend. The owner is also a sweet heart and gives us a hug whenever we stop by. The bartenders are also very attentive.

This is a pretty good bar in downtown Plano with pretty good food too! They have a nice selection of beer and a good variety of food too. We ordered the cheese plate and it was WAY better than I was expecting. It was a nice surprise! The atmosphere is pretty good but my only complaint is that it always smells like lemon pine sole when we go there. Seriously, ever single time. I guess it means it is clean. Service could have been a little better but was okay. Love the location in downtown Plano!

The staff are usually pretty helpful and friendly and it the low lights atmosphere is nice for a pub. Dart boards and shuffleboard in back first come first serve. Table, bar, booth, and lounge seating available but somewhat limited. Free parking available in front but all of the area parking is limited to 3 hours

This place looks like a dirty old bar, but the food is not bar food at all. The menu has quite a variety, and while it has all the classic items, they put delicious twists on them (ie, honey sauce on brisket, shredded smoked Gouda cheese instead of regular cheddar).Very comfortable environment, cozy seating area in back where the games are, lots of interesting art.

Had a great time. The steinfest festival was well organized except the bands. The last two were not as good as the cover bands in the beginning of the event. I will definitely be going back next year.

I am always looking for good drinks and yummy appetizers/finger foods with my co-workers for after-work get together's. This was our second time visiting Vickery Park and the service and attention from the servers was great. They constantly checked on us and asked if we needed anything more. Call me silly but the French fries here made my day/afternoon.

Beautiful old building turned into event center. Brick walls full of voices from long ago. Catered meal.

I still love this place! It seems so divey, but the food is top notch!!! The old fashioned is the best in the Dallas metropolitan area! I love you can buy the art off the walls! And therefore the art changes frequently which I also enjoy! Make sure you swing by for Halloween they do a great job!

Their pizza used to be so good. My husband and I ordered a pizza the other night, and it was very disappointing. The quality has definitely changed. The crust was so thin, when I went to grab a piece, the slice fell apart, leaving only the crust in my hand. The crust tasted like cardboard, and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. We definitely won’t be ordering pizza here anytime soon.

Great service and drink selection. Food is really good too, not just your average "bar" type food. The bartenders are always friendly and make sure we are taken care of. We often comeHere for dinner before the Art and Wine walk.

This place is a hit or miss. I have been coming here over the years and half the time, food is half burnt, waiters are no where to be seen and the food wait is 50 minutes (I kid you not). Other times, it’s good food with a mixture of one of the above negatives. Great for friends to visit together as most of the time, at least 90% of the restaurant is filled with tables of friends. Speaking of tables, very little restaurant space and has a game room in the back. It’s just me, but it seems like a waste of a ton of potential space for tables.

I love this place. Nice "Hole in the wall" . Food that I've had so far...all good. This place has several books and crannies to have some alone time, or sit at the bar and see everyone that comes in...unless they use the back door where more parking is available. Crab cakes were the bomb!
